The LightWave line of Genesis structural sails is optimized for small boat and/or light to medium sailing conditions. Available with high modulus aramid or polyester primary structure, the LightWave custom laminated racing sail provides a responsive, stable and efficient form. A secondary structure of polyester scrim provides excellent resistance to tear proliferation. Sails come complete with racing numbers, draft stripes, tell-tales, laminated leech and foot lines, appropriate hardware and sail bag.
The Platinum line of Genesis structural sails is a multi-layer composite, incorporating a custom weave nylon insert within the laminate structure. This intermediate layer greatly enhances membrane recovery from folding, creasing, impact and abrasion. Available with high modulus aramid or polyester primary structure, the Platinum custom laminated racing sail is engineered for broader effective wind range, all-purpose racing applications. Sails come complete with racing numbers, draft stripes, tell-tales, laminated leech and foot lines, appropriate hardware and sail bag.

Constructed of Dacron materials, these sails are ideal for One-design classes requiring woven fabrics or the racer / cruiser looking for a fast sail with extended durability. There is a variety of sail fabrics available and XVS sails utilize only premium sailcloth. Panels are fanned to keep thread line oriented to loading pattern of sail - Base sail comes standard with: one reef, cunningham, shelf foot or loose foot, Tapered standard battens, draft stripes, numbers, leech lines & cleats, telltales, sail bag & sail ties.
